I'd bet the narration is scripted for Mitch, so someone else may be to blame for all the irritating comments about the girls. To me it sounds like Mitch isn't watching the footage while he records his part because sometimes the inflection isn't exactly right. Two guesses on my part.

I was watching a video on Youtube, it was a performance on Chilean TV.
The narrator spoke Spanish and narration and voice was very similar to that Mitch Pileggi says.
Then, it's obvious a script is working there and it's intentional that style.
he just sounds like a sexist pig with every other word that he says, it kind of makes me laugh with how often he makes sexual innuendos. its super annoying in the end though... therefor making my vote yes, most annoying narrator ever.
