Vimes
Paul Darrow for Vimes
When there is no more room in Hell, remakes will walk the earth!share
It's completly out of the realm of possibility but since that one scene in the first watch book where he threatens those goons with a dragon and asks if they think it's their lucky day I picture Vimes to look like Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry.
I think humanity should be wiped out and then we can give evolution a second chance.
Of course Phil Glenister. Playing Sam Vimes exactly like Gene Hunt.
Humphrey Bogart
shareDoes that mean we get John Simm as Carrot?
Bigger question, who do you cast as Nobby? I didn't really care for the actor in Hogfather (too tall, for one thing). I could see Ian McNeice as Fred Colon, though.

Haha, nice! Paul Darrow's definitely a good fit I reckon. But I'll echo the calls of Pete Postlethwaite too.
Vimes is a really tough one. He's such a unique, well developed and much loved character in the series.
Iain Glen would be perfect
I'm playing all the right notes, just not necessarily in the right order!
