Enough with the lame, painfully unfunny and borderline offensive Russian jokes.

When it comes to talentless brothers of famous stars, he makes Daniel Baldwin look like a comedic genius in comparison.

He wouldn't be as funny if he got serious. Frank is the Pro-USA man stuck in the 70s. He is just a jerk. I am surprised his brother did not go all ROCKY on him!

Frank is great. The show went downhill when they changed the format and let him and some of the others go. That is why it was canceled. They ruined what made the show funny.
