Did they use any CGI effects

I'm particularly interested in those moves carried out by the two main male leads in which they appeared to keep their heads in a fixed position, but seemed to move the whole of rest of their bodies from side to side independently of their heads. If you know what I'm talking about, is it anatomically possible to do those moves ?
