Reading the French graphic novel series

I didn’t know about it before watching the movie. I looked it up and borrowed the first few volumes from the library, and I am loving it. Some parts of the story of the movie come from the graphic novels (the first job, the girlfriend and what happens to her, the lawyer) but overall it is not very faithful, which is not necessarily a bad thing.

I don’t know if it has been translated into other languages.
