What happened is not Ryan's fault and I think he needs a second chance with a better writer and villain. He needs to be in Justice League as well. He can be both Deadpool and Green Lantern he does amazing work. Please come back Ryan to the green.

I think he's a douche bag pussy for what he did to bash this film during Deadpool's campaign. I agree he should champion a sequel, but now that he's a Marvel icon, and publicly rips on GL, chances are slim. Sorry Ryan, Deadpool will never be as interesting as the story that requires the words "Billions of years ago" to explain its premise.

Im sure people on china wouldnt take a liking to deadpool. I just rewatchwd GL and it is really underrated and deadpool is overrated. I enjoyed both films but i think deadpool did so well because it was new and edgy. GL will always be more interesting though because of the entire lantern corps and the imagination/power behind the rings. A 4th wall breaking merc with a mouth although entertaining, is not as interesting. At the end of both movies i was craving a GL sequel more than a Deadpool one, especially with the sinestro ending.
I seriously doubt there is enough money in the world to get him to do this character again.

Agreed! Even a cameo, like Batman in Suicide Squad, if nothing else other than to gauge fan reaction. GL was/is a long time member of JLA in the comics.
