It reminds me of the BBC TV series Life on Mars: It was set in 1973 and also featured Bowie's Life on Mars.

The trailer was better than the film imo. The film was just fine.

Why would you even post this? You "hate trailers in general". You didn't like this one (shocker). Do you really think everyone else hates trailers like you do?
