So the girl overpowered and killed [spoiler]?

Ritchie was there with them in the hospital, so he wasn’t fighting Dewey. Does that mean the little girl was the one who manhandled and killed Dewey? She took several bullets to the chest and still got up to fight afterwards (I know she had a vest, but she would have still felt the sting)
