This has to be against the rules in jousting. That was a really low blow Daemon Targaryen pulled. I would think doing this would get you banned permanently from jousting, so does anyone know the history of it? Was this against the rules?
shareI don't know if going for his horse is allowed or not but it seems like a terrible strategy. If his opponent is aiming his lance straight ahead at Daemons body, and Daemon is aiming his lance down and to the side(to trip up the horse); shouldn't the opponents lance knock Daemon off his horse before Daemons lance could make contact with the opponents horse.
