A lot of people have been rating romantic comedies down. Let me assure you, it is nowhere near as bad as the trolls would have you believe.
It's flawed, but entertaining. I'd say it deserves at least a 6.

It's unbearable. I'm a fan of rom-com-caper flicks and this doesn't qualify at any level. These are grim days for fans like me who love well-made star vehicles played by charming leads, and instead have to settle for the likes of Heigl & Jolie who grab all the lead roles and crap all over them.
shareAn average movie with long dull scenes. Then when the action finally does heat up it is so unbeleivable that it's ridiculous. I mean chases with no bystanders, people being killed and no one cares, screaming and shooting up and down streets with no police in sight, driving through back yards and no kids are playing.
The only saving grace --- Kathryn Heigl is very, very, pretty.
I saw it today and I really liked it. Is it the best movie I've ever seen? No. But it's got quite a few laughs and it's just for mere entertainment...yeah it's very predictable and it's unrealistic but it's a movie...not bad though

Not even close. I've seen a number of much worse movies this year ("When In Rome" was atrocious!). This was better than "Knight & Day," which is the same kind of material.

But if you suspend reality while watching and just fully believe what is happening on screen (however unbelievable) then you should really like it. It has stuff for everyone: romance, action and comedy! :)
It's definitely not the best movie ever, but it was quite entertaining :) My best friends and I went to see it last night and laughed throughout the entire thing. Mostly because it had multiple totally unbelievable moments, but it was still worth watching.

Nah. The 3.6 rating is way inaccurate.
It feels much longer than it really is, has way too many slow scenes and feels like a mess in some parts, but the acting is pretty good, it does provide some good laughs, and in all is a fun flick. Not bad at all.

Just saw it there, i was fairly aware it was gonna be a bad film before i left. But my cousin wanted to go see it and i had to bring him.
I cant speak for everyone cos it appears a good few people here liked it. For me, it would be in my bottom 10, sorry to say. Dont get me wrong, im not a film snob at all but this film was just like.....have u ever been with a group of people and one person relentlessly tells terrible jokes to the point where u just feel uncomfortable and pray that they stop?? Thats what this film felt like to me.
I genuinely left to hang out in the foyer twice for 10 minutes at a time under the pretence that i was going to the toilet just to get a break from the film. Ive only done that once before, having brought the same cousin to go see the nicholas cage epic "bangkok dangerous" (currently number 1 in the worst films ive ever seen!!)
Now, im sure people might respond to this saying "u said u thought it was gonna be bad and so u obviously didnt give it a chance". Not true, i remember being dragged to see "never back down" thinking it would be absolute garbage and was pleasantly surprised (very cheesy film thus also showing that im not a film snob!)
But this film really is truely awful, in my opinion! It registered less laughs than a phone call from flight 93. Dont get me started on the action.
i actually thought it was kinda cute. ashton kutcher is sexy & katherine heigl is so pretty. they are a cute on screen couple. it's nothing mind bending, but it's really cute & a different romantic comedy

Not the worst movie, I have ever seen, but bottom ten definitely. At least it wasn't depressing.
