It seems that this movie copied Indiana Jones in a few instances. They use a staff and the sun to locate a secret room in an old city. Then they lock the demon in a crate and store it in a warehouse with other crates. I enjoyed the movie and don’t mind movies copying others but they don’t have to be so blatant about it.

And about Renée O'Connor. She was okay in this movie but she was much better in Xena. Her acting seemed kind of forced.

That was just some scenes. The less obvious stealing is that they pretty much copied the entire story and much of the setting from another crappy film. ("Basilisk: The Serpent King") No way near the epic scales of crapiness in "Monster ark" though...
