What are currently your own biggest shopping weaknesses ?

In either cash spending or credit card terms (or both), what are currently
your own biggest fashion - cosmetics shopping weaknesses and please say why,
for anything listed.

i love buying shoes that i never really wear, because most womens shoes end up hurting to actually wear them for longer than showing your friends when they come over. i have this amazing obsession with buying lip gloss, i have millions of tubes of lip gloss and still love buying more, even though i only wear one lot really. right now, i keep buying funny socks with little animal people on them!

Bags: because I love bags, they come in all colours and shapes so you'll always find new ones to buy. You really need bags to carry things with you so I just have to buy a bag sometimes.

Shoes: they finish of the perfect out. With the wrong shoes, it's all just plain wrong.

Clothes (mainly dresses)
Shoes (heels, obviously lol)
Lipgloss

OT but thumbs up for Psych!!... for the person w/ the Psych sig... nvmd :P

My weakness are:
- movies/DVDs: I buy movies I like, just to have them
- pants, only cuz I can never get any that fit perfectly
- flip flops, cuz there's so many rpetty designs
- belts - see reason above

usually my weaknesses are the cheaper stuff - like I've never been a heels/shoes girl (cept for flip flops)

But I have fallen into Becky's dilemma - the "you just have to hand over a card and *then its yours* or the "but it'll be nice to have") - it is a dangerous trap, right?! :S the trap seems so obvious when Becky falls into it, but I guess in real life we cannot see it coming!

With the economy the way it is, people are still shopping. This movie is being released at a bad time. Showing people shopping in ritzy stores is a bad idea for a movie at this time.

What do you care what people do with their money? If they can afford to buy a tube of lip gloss, what business is it of yours?

In any case, people being able to spend money on non-essentials will actually boost the economy, not harm it. It's people not having any money to spend on frivolous "wants" that is really feeding the cycle.

Not everyone is being affected by the economy, if we all act depressed and "oh its the stock market crash all over again" then the economy will never get better. Shopping and consumerism will actually help boost it back up, we cant all be frugal. Besides, all the shops are having sales now because of the recession, so my motto is "buy as much as you can while its still cheap"

Purses and shoes. I cleaned out my closet a few weeks ago and gave away an a lot of shoes and purses, but I still have too many.

Hi I'm Miriam and I'm a shopaholic. At the moment I have only $18.78 CDN in my wallet. I have no job. And the only way I got to watch this movie today was because my younger sister paid for me.
