Question about FFH and NWH (SPOILERS)

Ok lets start with FFH, is there a scene where Happy gave MJ the necklace? Because I can't find that scene. She just mysteriously ends up with it when she meets Peter on the bridge. The reason I bring this up is at the end of NWH, MJ is wearing the same necklace. If she doesn't know who Peter is, then where did she get it? I couldn't remember if Happy gave it to her from Peter or from spider-man. If he gave it to her from spider-man, I could kind of see how she would still have it since he still exists in her mind. But like I said, I watched from the scene where Happy met up with Ned, MJ, Flash,etc and ran into the tower and it didn't show him giving it to her. Unless I am missing something...maybe someone can give me a timestamp...or just explain HOW she still has the necklace? I know there are ton of unanswered questions but this one is really bothering me.
