A quick scan of her credit list shows that I have seen her only in this movie and in Dexter. Both times, she has played a mother/mother figure slowly dying in a hospital bed giving wise counsel to her stalker/serial killer son/son figure on her way "out". Weird

She was Miley Stewart's grandma in the Miley Cyrus movie, and very good. She didn't die either!

I've seen her in several movies and tv shows and she's always funny as hell. Great character actress.

She was in (paris j'taime) as well as marianne faithful and for a longtime I thought she was marianne faithful!

On million dollar baby.....her character was unbelievably heartless. Brilliant actress she is. She is right up there with meryl streep.

Brilliant actress she is.

Margo Martindale and Beth Grant are my two favorite character actresses who remain very active in the industry. They elevate just about every project they touch. I would love to see them play a scene together.
