i would have to ask what kind of movies you usually take your kids to watch?

my kid loved it, i liked it just like the other 2.
What do you care if dinosaurs co-exist with mammals?
What do you care if the story is not real-like ?

The movie is meant for fun, it is NOT a documentary of some sort...

watch it, dont like it? dont care!
go to another theather or rent some other movie.

by the way the dubbed mexican version was hilarious!
just like the other 2.

Also, anyone who rates TF2 a 9 has NO valid opinions on movies...

It really is a terrible movie. It's incredibly boring and brings nothing new to the genre. I literally laughed once and even the kids in the theater only chuckled a few times. THe movie clearly relies on stupid physical humor such as falling or getting hit by stuff for laughs. I have never been so bored in a movie than i was while watching this film. This doesn't come close to a pixar movie, go rent wall-e or go see UP instead

This is the 'second' worst movie I've seen it that timeframe. The first (by quite a long way) was Madagascar (first and only time I've come out of a movie feeling like I was robbed), but I'll agree that this is the least amusing of the franchise, the premise is aimed more at kids than the family as the first two were, the plot has could be better, and the charcters were out-of-character (particularly poignant was Manny talking to the baby, he acts like a first-time-father with an IQ half what he has).

I saw it yesterday with my colleague and we both enjoyed thorougly. We thought it was very entertaining.

Good animation, funny dialogues..

To sum this film up real quick: extremely uninteresting story, boring characters and maybe at the most a handful of scenes that you can laugh at (a little).

And I can ususally enjoy films that are targeted to children but this one was just horrendous in my opinion. Not saying though that not some children can enjoy this one but if you're an adult and found this one funny, well...

A great, fun movie, with loads of visual gags as well as classic 1 liners, animation that is wonderfully expressive and in places, on the edge of your seat, roller-coaster exciting.
I couldn't say my 11 year old daughter found this movie as funny as i did because a lot of the jokes went over her head, but she was entertained thoroughly enough with the child's aspect.
If, as an adult, you did not find this movie VERY funny, well..

Did i miss alll that?
I thought it was absolutely not funny and totally cheesy.
I was very dissapointed by it.
Too much sentimental crap and shallow gags and too little weird humour that made part 1 so hilarious.

I can only recommend:
If you plan to see a movie in the near future, go watch something else....

People are blinded, if they think this rates in ANY way to the others. Absolute snorefest. The only one-single-thing that carried us to the end was the visuals. Other than that, it couldn't keep a toddler entertained.

I am difficult to please and this film was worth my cash. I enjoyed it from start to finish, because the story was all about a little fun and nothing to be taken too seriously. The visuals were good but I think the 3D is a gimmick (as it is with many CGI movie) and diverts attention from the plotline. It is by no means as good as what the average Pixar movie is, but it is still worthy and more enjoyable than some of the other animated films coming out just now. I say it is a good fun movie for the kids, and good for adults as well.

The theatre I was in had a bunch of kids and one kept hissing his teeth when Sid came on. The movie did blow in my opinion too, my brothers liked it though. I just couldn't find even Scrat's parts funny, like frigging eat the nut already idiot.
