This movie was actually very good. I'm quite surprised that it hasn't received very much attention.

shareI agree. Mesmerizing, gripping. The movie was very annoying and unlikeable for all the foul racist language. I wanted to tape it (to see the ending) and go on to something else. But I couldn't tear myself away from it, much as I tried.
I was really surprised to see it rated so low, about 5. I guess they voted it low because it was so depressing and racist in a sense, also realistic which added to the depression, also no noble characters other than the girl, who didn't do much.
I just saw it and while some of the characters were annoying at times I admired the direction, the great look of the film, and the exceptional acting; which were all absolutely above par for this level of independent film.
