About this movie is its cover.
Usually i dont take opinions from imdb rating, i see movies myself, but this time im sorry i did that. This is utter crap. I usually am against saying stuff like that, but this is probably worst movie I've seen.
The editing... oh... even i could do better.... (if you dont believe me, find StrazdasLT profile on youtube)
The acting, it looked like movie was cut into small pieces and every piece is its own movie, because theres never a tie between them.
The cinematography was also terrific.
Twist at the end, such and useless thing thats used in most movies, even that one barely made any sense.

Its more fun watching paint dry than watching this.

I guess this kid really does enjoy watching paint dry, that's why he didn't like the movie. Yes, I did check out his youtube profile as he suggested we do and found that it's videos of video games!!! Very creative? He just wanted more hits on his youtube site. If you enjoy watching computer generated videos of people playing video games you won't enjoy a film with real people and real places. It's a shame that our future is in the hands of these anti social geeks that can't interact with human beings. Sad world! How can someone who's use to computer generated environments comment on cinematography? Judge for yourself.

cinematography? i doubt the producer of this film even knew what that is.
Even those computer generated images are better than your so called "Real life" images that are barely connected.

Too bad. When you make a movie and have it released all over the world maybe we'll listen to your comments regarding the cinematic process, Youtube is for anyone with the nerve and a cheap camera to post their work. Lets see you step up to the plate and "produce" something that a film studio has any interest in? Plus you're generating interest in the film by all your negative comments and that only helps all the people involved in the film! Any publicity is good publicity. keep up the good work.

So i have to "produce a world wide film" to have an opinion? good shot, too bad you missed.
I dont need to step up and make "big movies" with no budget, i prefer to write scripts, which ive done and i sold one already. Yes, i might be generating interest in film, but again, why you are arguing then? oh year, your also generating interest with your 10 movie rating after 1 hour of creating an account, and lets not forget your multiaccount that votes 10 in every movie you had something to do.
I don't tell you how to make a movie, i do however show and example how NOT to.

This movie was pretty bad even taking into account the low budget. I'm not surprised one bit by the low ratings.

I just went through the entire registration process just in order to post a (negative) review on this film.

I have to agree with you. I'd like the last couple of hours of my life back. I'm just glad I didn't actually *pay* to watch it.

I like this movie. Don't know why others.. they should see the movie till end. I really liked this movie. Waiting to see Black Ribbon II sequel.

I saw this through to the end. There was enough mystery about it to sustain me. It's really for those who like campy horror really. Interesting plot-line of it all being caused by a typewriter that a man buys. That could be pursued again at least.
