We use words like emaciated, impetuous, and pretentious.
Instead of saying "I'm hungry, Let's eat." We say something like "I am totally emaciated."
Instead of saying "That was sick...or That was cool" We usually say "That was totally impetuous."
Instead of saying "She is so fake" We say "She is so pretentious."
