If you're asking for the place name in the movie: the name of the estate was Skyfall, it belonged to Bond's parents. The name Skyfall can be seen on the sign at the gate (with the majestic deer on top). This estate where Bond had spent his childhood, is supposedly in the Highlands in Scotland, UK (hence not England, UK).
However, the actual filming set of the Skyfall mansion was not in Scotland; but somewhere in Surrey, England (UK). This was combined with imagery from Glen Coe and/or Glen Etive in the Scottish Highlands (in Scotland, UK).
