Would James use a condom?

I think not. He is a "hard bastard", and he wouldn't care if he'd leave a girl pregnant. He'd rely on the pull-out method, and he wouldn't let a piece of latex spoil his fun.

You would think over the years and all the women he shagged some sperm might have lodged somewhere and made a baby

reply

A large percentage of the Bond girls die in the movies, so its probably not as likely as you would think.

Only from Q Branch.

What no man Can give ya. And none Can take away.

reply

This is a ridiculous thread.

reply

Nooooo! Only sailors use condoms, baby.

reply

...James Bond is a Commander in the Royal Navy.

reply

Does it look like he gives a damn?

reply

You know the woman has some say in this decision too.

Personally, I wouldn't let Bond near me with that disease-ridden thing without both of us wearing a condom.

Hell, what am I saying? Knowing his sexual history, I wouldn't let Bond near me with that disease-ridden thing PERIOD. Orgasms are fun, but not worth taking that kind of risk over. Besides, it's not like orgasms are rare. They're pretty easy to have.

The NY Post just published a story about some Hollywood A-lister who has HIV and has known he's had it for years. According to the Post, much of Hollywood is freaking out. While all I was thinking was "Condoms???"

You do realize that in the Bond world, not everyone knows about his sexual past, right?

I'm not saying people shouldn't have safe-sex, but it isn't like in the Bond world they know how many women he's banged over the span of 50 years of movies.

Oh, because Bond strikes people as the careful when it comes to sexual partners type? Must explain why he goes to bed with someone just after meeting them.

If he's doing it with you, he's done it before you..........a lot of times. And if you've got the sense of an aardvark, you'd take precautions. Or better yet...........get away.

I didn't say that. I'm just saying that it isn't known to most women how many women he's taken to bed. So, he seems like a decent guy and a woman on birth control (foolishly) might not worry about condom's so much. However, if they knew of his past, the probably would insist upon a condom.

If he's doing it with you, he's done it before you..........a lot of times.

Ummm, yeah. Sure. That logic is spot on. I know the first time I did it with a woman I'd done it lots of times before. 

To be clear, I'm NOT advocating unsafe sex and I do think it is stupid to screw around a lot without or even with protection.

I'm just saying that to the average person in his world, Bond does not seem like the type of guy who would have had sex with hundreds and hundreds of women.

reply

Only to kill an assassin.

Speaking of which, can you imagine how many STD's Bond has had over the years? Must keep his own penicillin stash.

Sig, you want a sig, here's a SIG-sauer!

reply

Everyone automatically assumes every Bond has screwed all the Bond girls, but if you consider only the girls that each has slept with in their series of movies, it's not that many.

reply

It's usually at least two a movie. And, since the movies usually only take place over a matter of a few days or such, that is another issue.
