Okay, first off, Hilary Duff's career has nothing to fall off of since its barely there now anyway, her records dont sell that well and her movies are forgettable time wasters. She kind of hit her peak back with Lizzie Maguire and is of limited talent to begin with. This film wont bruise her career-wise since it'll probably be barely promoted and not all that great of a film to begin with. Also, they ensured that there wouldnt be much of a hassle race-wise since the actor shes paired here with is bi-racial to begin with and is of light complexion as to not upset potential southern ticket buyers.
And lets be clear about so-called "jungle fever"
1. Its a played out term, get over yourselves if you're still using it.
2. Its non-exsistant, why? THANK YOU SLAVERY. Know your history.
Race mixing in America has been going on for a very long time and its not going to stop now, the only thats different is the weather. All the bitching in the world isnt going to change that(least of all on an IMDB message board) so enough with the talk of racial genocide and all that garbage.
