In the shopping center.
WAAAAY too many run-in co-incidences that could not have been explained due to randomness. I could not suspend my dis-belief. Like how is the observer always there in the right spot to observe IE when he runs out of the shopping centre via an exit, and then runs into a hunter.
And he runs like he's speed walking.
