Why can't Renny Harlin just give up?

I used to admire the guy a lot for his early action films (from "Die Hard 2" up until "The Long Kiss Goodnight") before he took a steep dive into sh*t creek, "Mindhunters" being the only entertaining exception. I was hoping he'd redeemed himself one day.

"The Legend of Hercules" was the final straw. Good lord, was this bad. This was the one that made me go 'that's it, he's done and gone.' He had his chance and blew it, big time.

I'm ashamed too, thank god someone paid him off the Mannerheim movie ;)

You were right, this movie was TERRIBLE. I thought maybe it was just me not focusing correctly and missing the point somewhere, but the movie is downright painful. Nothing flows or fits.

It is disjointed, not engaging, and the dialogue is not right for the period. The Director is not a good at putting a story together or showing something entertaining. And Kellan was a poor choice.
