what is it with Outer Banks and these other young adult shows on netflix? the teens are always sexy and sweaty

Is it just me or that every time theres a frikkin dragged out show aimed more for young adults like teens up to early 20somethings, that the characters they're always young, sexy and sweaty and drunk and horny for each other all the time?
