Hopkins' Oscar was a beacon of hope against woke culture.

The woke brigade had their feet up, smug smiles plastered on their faces, their drinks poured. But then, against the bookmakers' odds, Hopkins pulled out the win for his superior performance. To see a legend rightfully honoured, and a seemingly inevitable woke orgy smashed to pieces, brought tears to my eyes.
