Watched the first two episodes and it seems kind of like a neutered version of "The Professional" (1994)

That one took it a bit too far with the sexual tension between Leon and the little girl he was training, but I am noticing that in Hawkeye they are deliberately not exploring that angle between Hawkeye and Kate Bishop. Odd, considering she is an attractive adult woman in her early 20s and he is her lifetime hero.
