So I didn't exactly what to go into any of the threads because I just started the show and I'm near the end of season 2 and I don't wany any spoilers but... I'm curious is to what people think of her? Because she's the main character and the show tries to get me to like her but I don't find her all that likeable... at least to me. I'm curious what other people think.

As I have stated before, I didn't particularly care for her character. However, she has grown on me, especially when she picked Jake over Sam.

I don't like Addison at all, no matter how much the writers try to make her seem moral and good. I prefer Charlotte -- and I loved Naomi.
She is shallow! One dimensional and shallow. And her love life is just pathetic. She behaves like a teenager and not like an adult. No depth. Absolutely no depth.And her behavior is just too histrionic to be likeable.

shareI think she's a relatable character, to women of different ages. When your training and subsequent career take up such an enormous amount of time and energy, it is difficult to maintain relationships. I thought she was a well written protagonist, and I was glad to see she got a happy ending though I was really hoping for the same for Sheldon, who I thought was the most consistently "good" person on the show.
Kate Walsh is a very charismatic and likeable person, which carries over to Addison. Half the time I felt like I was watching for KW, rather than the characters.
I never cared for Naomi.. or Sam for that matter. Why did they turn Sam into a tool?
I am in the beginning of season 2 and dislike Addison. I did not like her in Grey's Anatomy, but I did not decide to watch PP cause of her. I also truly despise Violet. I don't mind spoilers, so I come to the boards to see what people say anyway.
If you read more of these boards, you will notice a lot of people do not like Addison.
I will keep watching as filler, in between when my fav shows are on hiatus or when I am awake late at night.

Did not really like Addison. She is judgmental with no moral compass. Am sorry you do not sleep with your Best Friends Ex Husbands. Especially when the couple are known for getting back together. Then she tried to justify it. She is annoying and shallow. I love Naomi, Love Love Charlotte and I think Cooper is a jerk and he is cruel.
