What do people think of Addison?

So I didn't exactly what to go into any of the threads because I just started the show and I'm near the end of season 2 and I don't wany any spoilers but... I'm curious is to what people think of her? Because she's the main character and the show tries to get me to like her but I don't find her all that likeable... at least to me. I'm curious what other people think.

I don't like her much. She is all about men and babies and i find it boring.

She was more consistently likeable on Grey's (the only reason I bothered to tune into PP was because Addison was one of my favorite characters) but she's still not bad on PP. She has her moments of whatthefck-ery, but she usually bounces back.

I'd be willing to guess that she was the overwhelming favorite character when Grey's was at its best.

Private practice kind of ruined her for me. I liked her MUCH better on Grey's. Especially after the first couple seasons, she seemed so shallow and her issues that she would whine about were so inconsequential.

She is my favorite. I have been discussing her love life with my friends and coworkers since Grey's.
