...do they also salivate blood?
Do they sweat blood?
Do they... lubricate blood?
Do they ejaculate blood? Stands to reason if the lacrimal glands have changed properties to excrete blood instead of tears. Why wouldn't the same be true of sweat glands, salivary glands, Bartholin's glands and prostate glands?
