what did everyone think?

I thought it was pretty good, but I really like Oliver Hudson.

I think that if I ever met Claire Forlani in real life, I would, out of admiration, go 'poof' and disappear in a cloud.

I just finished it and I was a little disappointed in the chemistry between Oliver Hudson and Carla Forlani. I simply wasn't convinced of the attraction they were supposed to share even though Hudson was yummy to look at. I didn't sense Cade's consuming attraction to Tory as related in the book. He just seemed too laid back, she was too harsh in reactions and appearance. One minute they hardly know each other and the next they're in bed. I think it's because they didn't take the time to flesh out the romance enough... sorry it just didn't work for me. I however did like Josie Davis' Faith. Between her and Jacqueline Bisset, it saved the movie from being just another LMN offer.

I thought it was pretty good for a Lifetime movie. Having Oliver Hudson in this movie didn't hurt it, either.

I'd like to have your advice on how to live comfortably without working hard

Oh wow, I loved Oliver Hudson in the movie. Plus, I think this is one of the few adapted movies that actually stayed really close to the original source.

I actually really liked this movie, except for the predictable ending. I was unpacking while watching it, so I have no real crit on the acting. I don't think I've ever read a Nora Roberts book, except that I seem to remember historical romances by her, but I don't remember for sure.

reply

It was ok. It was better than the other Nora Roberts adaptations I've seen.

Just watched it. Pretty good movie! That Claire Forlani is hot!
