Meh. Most drama shows have their best seasons in the second and third.
The decline in later years was to be expected. I have nothing against Amy.
I think the Lorelai marrys Christopher storline was the height of stupidity but that happened after she left so I have no proof that has anything to do with her.
I'm definitely going to check out this show. I hope FOX airs more than 2 eps before they give it the axe. Again nothing against Amy or the show I just know what FOX giving a show that Friday at 8 timeslot means.

I am a huge Gilmore Girl fan. I have seen every episode and I was very sad when it was over. When I saw the ad for this show, and I saw that it was written by Amy-Sherman Pallidino, I got really excited! I can't wait to see this show and I know it will be just as great as Gilmore Girls!!

I'm a Gilmore Girls fan and I really loved the show. It was a bit rough at first, but once you got into it it was really funny. I laughed all the way through both episodes and could definitely see Amy's writing style. Plus I loved seeing a couple of Gilmore Girls episodes (Max and Gypsy). I just hope it doesn't get canceled, but it is on FOX on fridays at 8. So it's very possible that it might get canceled.

What a moranic statement. Any true Gilmore girls fan knows that AMY ROCKS.... When she left the show lost everything good about it. I absolutley love GG but after Amy left...welll.....it sucked! And although I have not seen this new show as of yet.. I have my DVR set to tape every episode cause Amy will deliver!
