No way in the world this guy get both Bell and Kunis. Maybe one of them as an anomaly but two incredibly hot girls off the bat no chance.
Don't get me wrong in real life I'm sure segal does very well, being rich and famous. But come on his character isn't rich or famous in the movie how woul he land these girls?

I think you are missing the point. Sarah Marshall is supposed to be out of his league. She’s beautiful, she’s more successful than him, and she’s a celebrity. The fact that she cheats on him, a struggling Musician with a successful musician makes sense, and definitely plays on his insecurities.
With that said he lives in LA, and he works in the industry. He would be around beautiful women all the time, it’s not unrealistic that he would hit it off with one of them.
As for Rachael, she works at a hotel. I’m not sure why she would be unobtainable to an average guy.
