I just wanted to know, I haven't seen this movie yet but when it gets released on DVD I plan to buy it because I have the other four Scary Movies and I am going to want to complete collection.

I would love to jump on the bandwagon and say it was cr@p but I enjoyed it.
Admittedly I haven't seen any of the others so I can't compare, but the idea of a film for me is to entertain and that it did.
The only thing I have against it is the film only lasted 75mins, then dragged out with credits and out takes.
Obviously the score of 3.5 on IMDb suggests I'm a weird one giving it a 7/10 but who gives a *beep*

the movie was really good, people just don't like it because Ana Farris isn't in it

I gave it 5/10 because 50% of what was supposed to be funny actually was funny. Not as good as 3 & 4 but better than the first two. Any scene with the kids is pretty good.

I didn't think it was that bad. movie is kinda racist. the stereotypical mexican maid banging a pinata in her bedroom? the Black characters are either janitors (Usher), thieves (Katt), or gangbangers (Snoop)

There were bits funny, but it was terrible.

Guess there really are people who act worse than 12 year olds.

I turned off the movie, I had to take a break on how awful it was. Then figured nothing else was on t.v. Turned it back on, and now regret watching it all the way through.

I've never fooled anyone. I've let people fool themselves.

Agree with CountOroku01......no Anna Farris....no Reginia Hall....Charlie Sheen only reason I got this movie...

i started watching it and i stopped after 30 minutes, sadly those 30 minutes will never come back :(

I liked the movie ok besides the lead female having to do such a farce. I was disheartened to see there was no Hunger Games spoof send up but Snoop Dogg was great in it. I would wait for the unrated extended version if there is one. Tony

Absolutely hilarious film, loved it all the way through! No slow or serious parts to hold it back, just laughs from start to finish. The Benny Hill sequence at the beginning, and Dan's montage of accidents while installing the cameras where absolute slapstick comedy gold!

So much better than the Appatow and Hangover crap that are so far up their own ass.

I think Scary movie 1 was great, the 2nd was good, the 3rd was so-so and it really just have been a steady decline in quality and ideas from the get go.

The 5th one was terrible. I normally like spoofs but this one was just not funny at all.

So few good moments... very few and very far between it deserves the bad score of (currently 3.4) I gave it a 2.

Many of the would-be funny scenes was like watching a Circus clown from 1984, keep banging his head and Falling Down, funny to 7-year olds but grown ups, not so much.
