This voting-down-action was started by Game-of-Thrones-Fans when it was behind Planet Earth in the TV-series-Charts. Also the discussion that Planet Earth is not a TV-show comes from the GoT-fans.
When somebody asked on the Breaking-Bad-board to vote down Planet Earth, the post was pushed away at once with harsh words.
So, look into the right direction:
The voting down of Planet Earth comes from Game of Thrones!
I'm a Song of Ice and fire book reader and HBO Game of Thrones watcher but I gave Planet Earth a very high rating.
shareGame of Thrones has many, many fans and of course not all of them give Planet Earth a low rating.
But if you read some more of the recent posts on this board you may understand better what i said.
Again:
Watch the thread here.....it started middle of this year that Game of Thrones fans discussed that Planet Earth is not a TV serie (more a mini serie).
At that time Planet Earth was #1 of the TV series and Game of Thrones was #2 what really fed some extreme GoT-fans up. They even discussed it on other boards (not only at GoT, Breaking Bad or Planet Earth).
Alas, these threads are meanwhile gone (deleted by the posters)
Breaking Bad got recently many high votings cause of its great final and made it #1.
But Breaking Bad is over now...no more seasons will come.
At least still a good time to use Breaking Bad fans as scapegoats.
And to confirm "the truth" put a sock puppet on here pretend to be an evil Breaking Bad fan.
But sorry, GoT fans discussed it months earlier!
(and please not all!!! only some extremists)
Game of Thrones will continue and will get more and more voices.
So, policy:
Get Planet Earth in a weak position.
Put the responsibility on the shoulders of Breaking Bad fans (you see, even the name fits...bad!).
And when Game of Thrones continues it will be eventually #1.
Mission accomplished!

That's just *beep* pathetic and another reason why internet usage should be licensed to people with sound body and mind, not the emotionally undeveloped children that become "fanboys" with these cult like allegiances to a product.
