Not trying to be inappropriate or overly graphic, but I do wonder how he manages to, perform. Especially spontaneously. Because he's never really interested. I guess I'm thinking more with Rita, where it was part of his act, not so much Lila or Lumen or Hannah. Did he just think of murdery things?

No, it's a common issue, and the more so if you're older, and/or not really interested. You must be a teenager, or a woman, or just very fortunate so far. Or you're being sarcastic haha
