1. Yes, most of the left supported the Iranian revolution to overthrow the Shah. Even Iranian communists. The events that followed had a large portion of the socialists in the country killed, women oppressed, and the implementation of sharia law. It's not something the left should be ashamed of. The Shah was an imperialist puppet and he had to go. The problem was the material conditions and contractions weren't fully considered. The state was based on religious repression and not class struggle.
2. "If you do not support Israel, you can't call yourself a communist." So if you don't support a US-backed Zionist state that's literally stealing Arab land, you're not a communist? I suggest you read some Marx.
3. There's a difference between anti-Americanism (whatever that means) and anti-Imperialism. If you WERE a communist, you'd understand that.
4. You're enemy should be the German right. The same German right that killed Luxemburg and Liebknecht. The same German right that allowed Nazis to rise to power, killing communists, socialists, union leaders, different races, and homosexuals. If you, once again, WERE, a communist, you'd have a sense of solidarity for your German comrades.
