Do we agree that the real problem with (male, for one) sex offenders, including ra---ts, is not what's in their trousers

... (so much) but rather, what is in their HEADS, their BRAINS? The (mis)-use of penis as the sexual organ is just a means to their undeniably wrongful end, but the real CENTER is the BRAIN, fish rots from the top, the head, as we say?

Do we, in general at least, agree with that?

Regardless of whether or not they are "psychotic" (well, at least some if not a lot of them are though) or just uncivilized per say, its the brain in here that is mostly at fault, correct?

Even if I don't outright call for lobotomy, I can't help but wonder... To those who think such (male) sex offenders should be castrated, should this FACTOR be brought in mind as well? And are there at least some studies to SHOW it too?
