I really liked this movie and while I was watching it I realized something about her name. There was a frenchman named Gilles de Rais. I don't know if anyone else made the connection as I didn't bother to read every single thread to see.

Yeah, I got it, I don't really see why she was named after him, other than the fact they were both (but not even really, well she wasn't)serial killers. Maybe they just wanted some clever throwback to something historical togive the movie seem more intelligent or something....
The universe is bigger than anything, so, if it's only us, it seems like an awful waste of space.
It's also interesting that the closed captions writer, instead of typing "Miss de Raisx" typed "Mr. A".
