all of you bitching about this movie are stupid

the movie was funny and good and will be a classic.
you went into it expecting bad things and you didn't get "bad".
you always want to bring up "black", but in a movie like "super ex-girlfriend" i don't see the "white" threads.
all of you are stupid and don't derserve to be privy to talent.
fools.

This is ridiculous. Why worry so much about Black movies?? Just don't watch them. It's just like questioning why Asians make karate movies, or movies with a lot of violence. Why not complain about that?? or better yet, don't watch them.

Sometimes I wonder why movies like The Devil's Rejects, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Wicked Little Things, Halloween, Saw, Evilenko, The Hitchhiker, and all other WHITE movies depicting GRUESOME violence against other human beings are made, time after time. The movies get lots of support, yet leave a bad stereotype taste in your mouth. It not only says this is a violent race of people, but when I see on the news, little white kids killing their parents, a husband killing his wife and kids, or better yet, white parents taking their own kids life by throwing them off a bridge. I have to wonder....who do these movies really benefit, and why are they being made? With the majority of child molesters being white, and whites having more psychologically influenced crimes, I don't think they need any kind of encouragement. You can claim that more Blacks are in prison, but I can guarantee it is drug or theft related. (The system was built so that more Blacks will be behind bars.) It's not because they are serial killers or child molesters. It is also funny how a child molester will do less time than a drug dealer, only to go out and have sex with more kids.

Bad movies come in all colors, but if you are white worrying about Black movies, maybe you need to worry about your own????

Cut the BULL! Nutty professor was a "Black" movie and it was good. Spike lee movies for the most part are "Black" movies and are for the most part good, sometimes great! This movie was utter crap and happened to be a "Black" movie. This movie wasn't lousy because it was a "black" movie, It was just an abomination of a movie! Utter garbage. Unfunny, badly acted and badly written. Stop pulling the race card here. The devil's rejects was bad too.The new halloween movie was bad also. A bad movie is simply a bad movie, which is what this one is. It's IMDB rating is 2.5 for goodness sake, Are you implying that all the voters are white? Come on man (or woman).

I found the movie surprisingly funny. I laughed throughout most of the movie along with many of the other people in the theater. "Utter garbage" is a bit rediculous!

All you people are dumb. Movies are movies. I never judge a movie on whether they are black or white. I love Devil's Rejects and Saw as much as I love Friday and Boys in the Hood. And what's going on now is reverse racism. Movies about molesters, pedophiles, and serial killers don't make people crazy. Chances are they are all ready crazy. To me movies are movies. Obviously Hollywood tries to direct certain films for certain audiences, but the end if you think the movie is gonna be good then you should see it anyway. In my mind, now I'm just a crazy white person, there is no color in my films. Spike Lee is just as watchable for me as Steven Spielberg or Sodebergh. I'm also a huge John Singleton fan too. Stop trying to blame movies for the way people are. In the end it's all entertainment. If you can't understand that, then lock yourself in room with some padded walls, and just go *beep* CRAZY. And leave horror films alone, if you don't wanna see blood, guts, nudity and gore, then watch teletubbies and leave the real movies to the adults. I love the gore in all the movies you mentioned. And I've never been in jail or committed a crime. People get a life and take responsibility for your own actions. Peace.

However, the african american man, or woman, has more chance of rotting in jail because this system in American is still rascist. But quit the "You all hated this movie because it is black!". It's a movie goddamit. And a really really bad one at that.

Rubbish. We're talking about the same pool of whities (presumably) who form the core support of a black man named Obama who is poised to become the next president of the United States. I believe that the exaggerated low scores for these formulaic movies originates in their unoriginality, their status-quo Hollywood cookie cutter movie for the masses vibe. People are sick of stupid, formulaic movies that crassly try to appeal to particular demographics, not to mention all the crappy remakes that have so often been shoved down our throats most especially in the past 7 or 8 years. I suspect that a lot of people sense the dull formulaic aura of these films and rip into them, regardless of whether they've seen it. To tag the root cause as racism is absurd and unsubstantiated (and paranoid). I applaud all people who would like to see less of these stupid "family comedies," 99% of which are brainless, and geared toward dull people who haven't the intellectual curiosity to be interested in anything that shows the slightest hint of unfamiliarity.

so know matter if there are the "great debate"'s of the world, black folk should give up the comedies because they must save themselves from mindless comedic entertainment and leave that to all the adam sandlers of the world.

good point.

i say there needs to be another "resident evil" and "vacancy".
those are some very hot, white films.

Please dont pull the race card...I'm of color and I thought this movie was awful. It was just a poorly made film with horrible stereotypes towards black people. I agree with the ratings.
