Heidi Montag Before and After with her mom..

I found a clip on Youtube of Heidi and her mom talking. 1 is a clip and another is a voiceover with before and after pictures of an episode after Heidi comes back from all her (10) surgeries. Just too sad.. she still looked way better in 2006. Surgeries may change how you look, but doesn't change how you really feel about yourself. Obviously, the media and Spencer has made her feel like she should look this way.. just crazy! Heidi is not happy with herself.

She needs to get away from LA for a few years and take a good hard look at herself. She's only 23 years old? I'm 27 and living my life the way I want to live it. I don't need someone to tell me how I should look and think plastic surgery will change the way I feel about myself when life gets me down, etc. I am so glad her mom is normal and accepts Heidi the way she was. She should be thankful and appreciate that.

I feel so sorry for Heidi's mom and sister. Fame has completely changed Heidi, and she treats both of them badly. I agree that she needs to get away from Hollywood for a while and get reacquainted with the things that matter in life.

That was sad watching the before and after video pictures of Heidi. Heidi was insanely beautiful. She had the kind of looks that every girl would dream of and she completely destroyed her looks with all that unnecessary plastic surgery. It is so incredibly sad....
