Whether she was pretty or not before, she looks better now. It may be shallow, and may not be the most "politically correct" thing to say, but it's honest truth. Call me what you want, but in the first shot she looks like cheap trailer trash, in the second shot she looks like a super model. Sorry, it is what it is.

she looked best in the middle. i think she had some work done but not the ten in one day thing. she looked good then. specially in that episode in mexico with spencer when she was tottering around in heels and a bikini. good times

I can see why she was uncomfortable with the jawline. Not horrible, if she could have done something about it --unradical-- then I could see it.
But she seemed to go five steps too far. There was no subtlety to it which to me ruins things.

Yeah and it also shows that her surgeon was either incompetent or money hungry to not just point out the jaw instead if go through all of those surgeries.

I can't stand Heidi Montag but regardless: anyone who thinks she looks better after her surgeries needs their eyes and/or their head examined. In the beginning she looked like a fresh faced girl and then she morphed into this freaky looking Barbie doll mannequin thing brought to life. She could barely move her face. She could barely speak. She looked as if she could barely breathe. It was the most terrifying thing I had ever seen. This has nothing to do with being "politically correct"; she just looks fracking scary. It's sad that there are those who think someone who looks like they've turned into plastic and who look as if they'd melt in the sun if they stayed out in it too long actually looks GOOD. Ugh. Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder but it's our flaws that make us beautiful and unique. Heidi did not need that surgery and it was absolutely insane that she put her life at risk like that because of some twisted vain longing. She needed a psychiatrist not a plastic surgeon. And that's my rant.
Don't let anyone ever make you feel like you don't deserve what you want.
