I have been seeing this listed on Netflix and have been meaning to watch it. Well, opportunity presented itself last night. I watched the first episode. Now as most of you know, first episodes can be hi or miss. The first episode of IT knocked it out of the park if you ask me. I plan on not binge watching this (sadly there are just 25 episodes). No no no. I plan on savoring each and every morsel this series has.

shareI watched the first episode a few years ago and wasn't too fond of it. Found it too over the top and didn't really appreciate the intentionally corny acting.
I started it again last night and I'm almost finished.
It's the only show where I physically laugh out loud rather than just smile. There's so many moments where I'm literally In tears. That overly long fight scene in season 3 episode 4 had to be the hardest I've ever laughed in my life.
I'd say the first episode was a base hit that kept the game going. But the second and third episodes did knock it out of the park.
