I'm watching this now and I love Wincott as an actor. He's doing a London accent in this and it really isn't that bad at all for an American. He's sounding like Sean Pertwee and looking like Keith Richards/ Johnny Depp with the intensity of Gary Oldman.
Great role he's playing.

I've seen him in a bunch of things with different accents, but for a long time I just assumed he was British.
