I've seen this movie 3 times now, and I've yet to discover any plot holes. Please tell me what "plot holes" you found.

One thing I don't get was how did Walter finish writing about his suicide on the walls of the hotel (chapter 23) after his amnesia?

The dog was watching him when he was burying the girl.

The wife said the murder happened 15 years before.

That is one really, really old dog.

I see some people say the number 23 really has nothing to do with anything but didn't Walter say his dad left 23, written down I guess, before he killed himself instead of a note or goodbye?

They never explain that. Unless I missed something. I just saw this recently.
