... even if Combo obviously does, why does he go so mad that he angrily and violently throws him out of the car for it?

He could've simply said - "Well, yes I do, is that alright with you mate?" or something, I can maybe understand him throwing him out (even if I don't agree) if he repeatedly pestered him in that moment and he was maybe in a particularly bad mood that day or something, but still...

And when he also said "F*ck off back to WOODY" - firstly, what did he even have against WOODY given how earlier on both him and WOODY were so HAPPY to see each other, in one of the film's earliest scenes at least?

Combo isn't a reasonable man.
He wants to act tough, question his beliefs and he'll lose his temper.
Remember Roald Dahl's Witches? The meeting of witches where one witch questions the plan and the Grand High Witch destroys her? She could have just said, "Yes, my plan will work, listen to me and you'll know what you need to do."
Some people are just volatile. A small thing not to their liking can set them off.
Or maybe he wanted to make an example. He wanted somebody to step out of line. Kind of a, "I'm the boss, follow me to the letter, don't question me." He just needed someone to say or do something slightly out of line to him so he could assert this to the rest of the group.

As for Woody, he was happy to se him to begin with. But things started to change. He always seemed to have prejudice against Milky. Milky was Woody's friend. Then when he gathered them all up with their "mission" he told anyone they could leave and never come back, Woody was one of the ones who left.
