Why does everyone hate it?

Am I the only person out there that actually enjoyed this movie? I didn't even think about in in a 'Creepshow' way - just a cheesy comedy. I laughed my ass off for like 95% of it.

It was a horrible piece of crap and you're obviously delusional.

See all the deleted posts? Those were reported by the makers of this piece of sh!t to keep honest people from knowing how bad it really is.

Nothing even remotely worthy about this entire "film".

It wasn't TOO bad. Just Cheesy.

People are mad because it doesn't match up to the previous films. They should have watched the trailer first.

I got the DVD from Netflix and wanted to see how bad it was for myself. The only episode I've watched so far was "ALICE", which was horrible. I'll have to agree with what "SteveResin" has said so far.

The opening animation with the kid in the hoody looked like a 6 year old drew it. No where as good as the open animation in the first two films. The music wasn't even good. The Alice story was just lame. Even though you know what's happening, nothing in the story is explained at all. The father clicks the remote, Alice vanishes and no one notices she's gone, even after she returns the first time. lol!! The end is just stupid. You don't even see the transformation. It's not explained why it happens. Alice doesn't even seem to care what's happening to her. The episode is poorly scripted and feels like they pulled parts out and threw parts in even if it didn't make any sense. The acting is horrendous. No one does a good job. Feels almost like a school play that was filmed. I can't believe Romero and King gave the nod to this crap.

I'll force myself to watch the other episodes tonight and will post my final review in the next two days. The first Creepshow is still the best, even though the picture quality isn't up to todays standard. The quality of each story and the great acting makes it worth watching.

I think the movie had some good ideas (the part where they dismembered a woman who they thought was a robot was awesome), but, as somebody pointed out: it feels targeted toward Nickelodeon yet is really gory at the same time, which is a horrible combination.

Didn't enjoy the opening animation.
'Alice' was hard to get through.
I really enjoyed the rest of the movie.
Favorite story was 'the radio'
Kris Allen was GREAT in 'the hotdog'

You're demented if you honestly enjoyed this pitiful garbage. My guess is you weren't watching good movies during your formative years and therefore have no taste.

Go *beep* yourself I have great taste in movies and have seen many and enjoyed this movie as much if not more then the first 2 Creepshows. 5 stories which intertwine which i loved, and they all had some science fiction moments and supernatural which I liked too. Also the episode with the call girl was genuinely creepy and the robot girl mistake was pretty clever as well. I liked the radio episode a lot too it showed the self destruction of what was once a nice guy at the hands of a talking radio lol. Notice the detective is the father from Alice, which btw was the worst of the 5 but still watchable. The hotdog episode tied in with almost all the others like I said this movie copied pulp fictions style which i enjoyed. The doctor was hilarious and he got what he deserved in the long run. Overall a good movie!!

Yes you are the only person on the planet who enjoyed this. You will have to live with that fact for the rest of your life.

dumb movie, horrible stories, absolutely dreadful acting, and it's nothing like the first 2. hell, i can probably make a better movie than this with a budget of $100. i read somewhere online that the budget of this movie was around $6 million, which is double the amount of the budget used for the 2nd movie. it makes me wonder, what did they spend their money on? it surely wasn't the actors, and it surely wasn't the garbage special effects. i am done talking about this movie actually. as far as i'm concerned, there are only 2 creepshow films.

It has some neat ideas, but is basically just a lackluster anthology film. The title is the reason its so notorious. The original CREEPSHOW is one of my favorite horror films. The second one, while not as good, was still a decent entry. This one really lacks what made the first two special. If it weren't for the title, this film would have gone unnoticed and disappeared quicker into obscurity. Same with DAY OF THE DEAD 2: CONTAGIUM.
