How about movie about whites taking over Boxing

White east Europeans now own Heavyweight boxing. Do think Hollywood would ever make a movie about these great fighters like the Klitschkos beating blacks. Nah! Hollywood never shows white people in good light.

Have you ever heard of Rocky, Rocky 2, Rocky 3, and Rocky 6? In all of them Rocky either beat a black guy, or was the hero against a black villain. People get so upset when forced to face the HARSH realities of history.

Who wants to see a movie about a bunch of Russian heavyweights.

Maybe if they were American, someone might give a damn, but I doubt it.

They pushed white heavyweights in the past as "great white hopes". Jerry Quarry, Gerry Cooney, and Tommy Morrison to name a few.

The fact remains, most white people didn't have to overcome anything to win.

Bullzhit. First, I'll submit the former president John F. Kennedy.

By the way, what do black people have to "overcome" these days to win at anything?

"Playing ignorant again eh? The Black plight is far from over my racist inbred white friend, if it is over as you imply, I have this question: When did it end?"
-------------------------

Oh, about 30 years ago. Say, what exactly is it that you're prevented from doing with your life simply because you're black? We're all eagerly awaiting the answer.

I already told you: 30 years ago. And, as I suspected, you can't answer even a simple question about how racism affects you in any meaningful, practical sense.

"Since when? Hollywood has been giving whites the royal treatment since it began, whites are nearly always the hero sometimes the villain and always gets the girl."

Why shouldn't they? Cinema is completely the product of caucasian technological and artistic innovation. It sure as hell didn't emanate from Africa.

To be honest I dont understand how white people, as a whole, have had to overcome anything. Certain white groups, or certain white people have had to overcome things and movies are made about them everyday(American War moviesfor instance). To be honest almost every movie is based on a white person. To say that white people are always bad guys is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Have you ever watched a a movie in your life?
Besides when someone goes to a movie I dont think they say "wow another movie about a white person". Or even when you see a movie with a leading actor or actress who is black you dont say " a movie about a black person" UNLESS it is a story about something historical or overcoming racism. Why is that so? Because you are used to movies with only white people therefore when a movie about a black person, dealing with the negative side of America, comes out people make a big deal about it.

Also words are just that, words. Just beacuse a law was passed dosen't mean the problem dosen't exist. Rascism still exsist. It is not as public and maybe a little more silent but it is there. We have come a long way but we are no where close to everyone being treated fairly and equal.
