the one with the two tiger cubs is called two brothers

track of the cat with Robert Mitchum. I saw it once years ago. I think it is about a mountain lion.

Try Savage Feast from 1983....Similar story line to Prey
There are two Savage Feast movies......so look for the Lion one, the other one is a horror movie.

reply

Hello. I believe you are referring to Savage Harvest from 1981 with Tom Skerritt (also a horror movie by that name). Worth checking out, although very hard to find. I believe it is out of print and in the public domain. Check ebay for copies.

Chronciles of Narnia with CGI of white tigers, cheetas, lions, cougars, jaguars, leopards.
Most of Tarzan movies.
Samson and Delilah with a wonderful scene of a stuntman and Victor Mature fighting a young lion.
Tv series Manimal.
Interesting lions attacking and devouring Christians at Roman circus in "Quo Vadis" and of course the tigers in "Gladiator".
Beginning of the old film about "Egyptian Sinueh" with wondeful lions (with heavy and black manes) being hunt.
The beginning of The Last Samurai introducing a real white tiger.

Just a few days ago, I saw a killer tiger movie titled Maneater, starring Gary Busey, which I bought at BestBuy. I got a kick out of how savage and fierce the picture of a tiger on the DVD cover was, while the tiger in the movie is a sweet looking, obviously tame tiger. Another beast on the loose movie with big cats (lions, tigers, and cheetahs) is The Wild Beasts, which was obviously made in Europe and is about a zoo full of animals that go crazy after drinking water polluted with PCP. (People in the movie also get infected by the PCP, which makes them insane and homicidal.)

Roar (1981) is THE film with most big cats, no special effect, real animals. Several people on the set got mauled during the shooting of the film.
