Quite Possibly the WORST Movie I Have Ever Seen

What a waste of time. I actually had a good feeling about this movie. The two other people in the theatre, both seniors, should have been my first warning. This movie starts out on a weak premise, moves onto an absurd and BORING plot, and ends with me hating not only every character on screen, but hating myself for spending money on this utter garbage. The only laugh in the movie is provided by a stunt that I could probably see for free on You-Tube. Zach Braff, please sign on for as many more seasons of Scrubs as they'll let you, because it's going to take a miracle to recover from The Ex. Can I give less than 1 star for a movie?

We Came, We Saw, We Kicked it's ASS!

How do you really feel?

You must not watch many movies to think this is the worst one. I thought it was fine. Like someone said, a good movie to watch with a family. It's solid enough to be enjoyed. It is a bit cliche, but just because something is familiar doesn't make it awful. You're just being closed-minded.

This was not the worst movie ever seen, but it was pretty close. I ended up fast forwarding and still didn't enjoy this turd nugget of a film. I ejected the DVD and thought about what a waste of time this film was. If I had smoked myself into a drug induced coma this film would STILL not be funny or good, by any stretch of the imagination. And going overboard was horrid as well as rubberface with Jim Carrey. I agree on that. Luckily I checked this out of the library and did not spend a dime on this otherwise I would have really been pissed.

Can I borrow your towel? My car just hit a water buffalo.

I can't say it was the worst ever, but it sure sucked out-loud, and in 3D....

Try "The Cave", "Meet Dave" or "College Road trip".

Those are worse movies I've seen recently, and compared to them, this one is 10/10.

Hell, this one is 10 compared to TDK as well.

I agree for the most part that it was a pretty crappy movie. It caught my attention because I saw that it had Zach Braff and Jason Bateman (I'm a huge fan of Scrubs and Arrested Development). I figured it had to be good...but no. Not at all. Their acting wasn't terrible, I'd definitely blame the script and direction. There were some parts that should have been pee your pants funny that just weren't for some reason and I'm not sure why.

Whilst this was hardly the WORST film ever.
It WAS truly truly awful.

Pretty much I wouldn't be able to be friends with anyone who liked it. Because it would say ALOT about their intellect, and taste (obviously).

People that like this, would also be the same people that sing along to Miley Cyrus in their car, the people to blame for the regression of society.

yes. TRUE STORY.

I'm watching it right now and it's bad - it's so bad. It's so boring!! I like the scenes with Jason Bateman (because he is my fave) and to be fair, Zach Braff has a nice screen presence. He and Charles Grodin really light up the screen in their scenes, even though the scenes themselves are bad.
But how did this movie get made so poorly with such an amazing cast? What a disappointment.

Even if it means me taking a chubby, I will suck it up!

I only saw the last 45 minutes of it, and some parts were funny. It had its moments, but overall it wasn't great. Based on what I saw, i think people are exaggerating how bad it is.

My husband and I watched this movie together last night and laughed out loud throughout! Anyone who has kids, is married or has worked in a B/S laden office environment should find this funny. Your personal experiences color your opinions and if you haven't experienced any of these situations in your life, you certainly wouldn't find it funny.
Sure, some of it was contrived, you could say that about 40 yr old Virgin too, but the fact is that it was FUNNY. Let's not make brain surgery out of simple entertainment, ok?

I saw this film this afternoon. I wanted to watch it when it was still titled "Fast Track." I would never call it the Worts Film Ever. There are so many worse films out there. Some are so bad they go back to being good again. This film, was not the worst.

It's entertainment.
It was funny.
It may use "cliches" as you say, but really what doesn't?

There isn't really completely original anymore. At least it wasn't another remake.

I found this film enjoyable. Jason Bateman is fantastic. Zach wasn't too bad either.

...have you seen the room? lol

reply

There are far worse movies than this one.

But what makes this movie so bad is the fact that the only thing it's trying to do is be funny.

Sucesful comedies are about something more than jokes, such as Anchorman making fun of ignorance (mostly sexism), or Pineapple express being about the importance of friendship. And how about The Naked Gun which just pokes fun at what we are used to seeing in life in everyday situations or other movies.

Very much a waste of time.

To the OP, Unfortunatly your tickets were most likely mixed up with Twilight. You may of sat through that sh** and not noticed.

America was not discovered by Americans - shame on them.

I agree this was a terrible movie. I hated every character. Zach Braff, who I don't usually care for, was actually the least dislikable. I love Jason Bateman and he was not the slightest bit funny. Was that Amy Poehler I saw? Because she's usually funny. She wasn't on screen long enough to even notice that it's her. Even Charles Grodin couldn't save this movie for me. Why Mia Farrow would bother associating herself with this film is beyond me. Only saving grace is I did not pay to see it.
