Streep came across as more of a ''Thatcher'' in this movie than in the one where she actually played her

Am I right? She totally evoked Margaret Thatcher's personality in this role than in the the Iron Lady. She's supposed to be playing a character based on Anna Wintour here yet she seemed so much closer to Thatcher as opposed to Wintour.
